W. Lee Oswalt, III

Legal Help from Our Altoona Offices

At the law offices of Goldstein, Heslop, Steele, Clapper, Oswalt, and Smith, all of our attorneys have years of experience and are dedicated to helping clients throughout Pennsylvania. Many cases require another set of eyes or a different legal skillset in order to reach a conclusion. This may require our attorneys to work together to form a solid plan of attack, a collaborative approach that sets our firm apart.

For many years, Attorney Oswalt has devoted a considerable amount of his time to representing small businesses. Among other things, Attorney Oswalt negotiates and drafts business agreements, represents clients in the sale and purchase of businesses, drafts and reviews leases and employment agreements, prepares incorporation documents, limited liability company organization documents and operating agreements, and prepares partnership agreements. Attorney Oswalt negotiated a twenty million dollar contract for a client who was involved in a major construction project, and also recently represented a client in the sale of the client's chain of stores to a large national company. Attorney Oswalt's practice also includes the representation of numerous municipalities in the Blair County, Bedford County, and Huntingdon County areas. As a municipal solicitor, Attorney Oswalt provides counsel to his clients in a diverse area of subjects including land development and subdivision, employee/human resource issues, public sector collective bargaining, inter-municipal agreements, sewage planning and dealing with state regulatory bodies, and other facets of municipal law.

As a part of our legal team, W. Lee Oswalt, III concentrates his practice on:
